About The Founder
Meet Rajashree Pote
Founder & Creative Director R Planners
Rajashree Pote brings over 18 years of layered experience to the event industry; shaped by formal education, corporate leadership, and hands-on execution across diverse platforms.
Her journey began in Mumbai, where she studied events and entered the industry early. Over the years, she worked across event agencies, corporate environments, sports organisations, and large-scale productions gaining deep insight into planning, people management, logistics, and client psychology.
Alongside her full-time roles, Rajashree freelanced for more than a decade. Planning weddings, social celebrations, award nights, and corporate events driven purely by passion.
She has worked with and managed projects involving leading brands and networks such as Viacom, Harman, Bajaj, and major sports foundations; handling negotiations, stakeholder coordination, vendor strategy, and end-to-end execution.
After years of experience and industry grounding, she shifted base to Pune and founded R Planners.
